Vesta Rea-Gaubert

Principal

Vesta Rea-Gaubert is an accomplished traveler, business maker and exotic animal enthusiast. She founded Vesta Rea & Associates, LLC in 1990 and is recognized as a stakeholder's strategist and marketing professional. Vesta leads a majority of VRA's projects. With over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry,  Vesta provides the communications and outreach support necessary for a project's success.

Martha Putnam

Operations Manager

Martha Putnam is the glue that holds the VRA firm together. She has been with VRA for over 15 years, serving as the Operations Manager. Martha works closely with all of VRA's clients on project coordination, monitoring project cost and status, timelines, administrative support, contract compliance and invoicing. 

Courtney Adams

Senior Project Manager

Courtney Adams joined VRA as a public relations professional and serves as VRA's senior project manager. Courtney has a background in integrated marketing communications, public relations, public outreach and project management. She provides stakeholder management, public outreach management, technical writing and editing, graphic design, web and social media content development, and marketing strategy development on VRA's projects. 

Parrity Dumas

Operations Assistant

Parrity Dumas is an active participant in all of VRA’s projects, supporting the Principal and Senior Project Manager. Ms. Dumas provides support on public outreach efforts; acts as transcriptionist for public/stakeholder meetings (if required); provides technical editing/proofreading; and assists in digital distribution of public outreach information, stakeholder information, minute packages required for distribution, etc. Ms. Dumas utilizes her educational background in IT and analytics to assist with survey data collection and analysis, as well.

Rebeca Diaz

Assistant to Senior Project Manager

Rebeca Diaz is the newest addition to the VRA team, supporting the Senior Project Manager on all projects. Ms. Diaz is a graduate of the University of Texas, El Paso, where she majored in Digital Media Production. She provides proofreading; graphic design; support on public outreach efforts, including Spanish translation services; website development and maintenance support; and document management support.

Georgia Redonet

Outreach Manager

Georgia Redonet joined VRA in 2010 after retiring from teaching. Her attention to detail and organizational skills aid her in the development of outreach programs for VRA's clients. Ms. Redonet provides day-of leadership for all onsite public outreach and engagement efforts. She serves as the primary point of contact for clients the day-of and ensures the scheduled effort runs as planned.
